    Brilliant property with courteous staff and handy location to the O2 academy. Adequate, attractive room provided with a TV as well as 2 x double beds. Plenty of options, brilliant food. Such great stay, as always.

    close to boscombe pier and local eateries for relaxed strolls

    I really enjoyed my stay, as the rooms were super clean and the staff were super polite. It was also fantastic to be just a few steps away from Boscombe Pier and delicious local cafes like Marco's Deli for a quick bite during my walks.

    What a charming budget stay! My room was super clean, with all the essentials. Just a short jaunt to the beach, and the garden is perfect for a morning cuppa.

    I swear the shared bathroom is cleaner than my own! Just watch out for any loud night owls. Walls are thinner than my patience during a family dinner.

    Had a blast with friends! We enjoyed visiting the Coastal Activity Park and catching a few gigs at the O2 Academy. The rooms were clean and comfy, and the breakfast was delicious. Just a heads up that parking might be tricky, but overall, it was great.

    We explored nearby attractions like the O2 Academy for concerts and enjoyed the Coastal Activity Park during the day. The place is clean and cozy, with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast was excellent, and definitely worth it! Not to mention, it's close to the beach.

    The only downside was the limited parking, a bit of a hassle. But overall, everything else was great!
